TRAVEL SOCCER

A LONG-TERM PATHWAY FOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Eleftheria Youth develops boys and girls travel soccer teams from U7 through the older age groups, providing players with a structured pathway to grow, compete, and prepare for the next level of the game.

Our Travel Soccer program is built around three stages: Pre-Travel, Boys Travel, and Girls Travel, with each stage designed to meet players where they are developmentally and prepare them for the phase that comes next.

TWO ZONES. ONE DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY.

Our Travel program is organized into two development zones, each with a specific purpose and progression.

ZONE 1 — DEVELOPMENT FIRST
Our younger players build the technical foundation, confidence, decision-making, and understanding of the game needed to continue progressing. The focus is on individual development while introducing players to increasingly competitive environments. LEARN MORE ABOUT ZONE 1

ZONE 2 — COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENT
As players progress, they move into more competitive environments designed to challenge them, develop their strengths, and prepare them for the next level of soccer—including high school, college, and advanced competition. LEARN MORE ABOUT ZONE 2

Every player has a plan. Every stage has a purpose. Our long-term development model is designed to prepare players for their next phase, rather than simply focusing on the next game or season.

TRAVEL SOCCER INCLUDES

• U7 and older boys and girls programs

• Pre-Travel, Boys Travel, and Girls Travel pathways

• 10+ month commitment from mid-August through June

• Fall, Winter, and Spring competition

• 3–4 training sessions per week, with supplemental training available

• League participation through CJSL, EDP, and NYCSL

• Player and league registration and referee fees

• Outdoor and winter facility fees

• Licensed and experienced coaching

• Liability and supplemental health insurance

• Training at Astoria Park, St. Michael’s Playground, and ICYP grass field

The goal is simple: develop players the right way, provide the right environment at each stage, and prepare them for whatever comes next.
